摘    要:随着社会的不断进步,经济的快速发展,社会对于广告设计人才的需求越来越多,对广告设计的精英人才要求也越来越高。高校作为培养设计人才的主要阵地,其教师必须具有先进的教学理念和超前的设计意识,必须与时俱进,结合市场经济需求来适当地改革、创新广告设计教学,从而适应社会的发展,确保学生学习与社会的需求相吻合,提升广告设计人才的就业率。

Abstract:With rapid economic development and the progress of society, there are more and more social demands for advertising design talents and high level requirements for the elites in this area. As colleges and universities are the main positions to nurture design talents, the teachers must have an advanced teaching philosophy and leading design awareness. Moreover, in association with the demands of market economy, teachers must change with the times so as to reform and innovate the advertising design teaching, which will adapt it to the development of the society, ensure the students to fit into society, and raise the employment rate in the advertising design field.
