| 摘 要： | 研究美国社会的契约文化，有利于人们理解美国高等教育的“三A原则”。正是因为美国独特的契约文化为所有美国大学的最基本的精神基石的形成提供了良好的环境，从而使得作为美国大学最基本的精神基石的“三A原则”能保持稳定并有所发展，进而保证美国大学的发展。
