| 摘 要： | 斯钙素(stanniocalcin,STC)是一种糖蛋白激素,具有调节钙磷水平的作用,由Stannius首先在硬骨鱼中发现.近年来研究发现,STC也存在哺乳动物和人体,对骨骼和肌肉的发育、神经元的发生、妊娠和哺乳期等生理功能起重要的调节作用.STC逐渐成为一种新的肿瘤标志物,是肿瘤细胞缺氧适应性的反应,也是心脏和脑缺氧预处理后产生耐受缺血的分子机制之一.

| Abstract: | Stanniocalcin(STC) is a glycoprotein hormone originally found in bony fish by Stannous,in which it regulates calcium and phosphate homeostasis.Recent studies found that STC plays an important role in bone and muscle development,neurons occurring,and physiological functions of pregnancy and lactation.STC gradually becomes to a novel tumor marker and it is the adaptive response of tumor cells.It is also one of the molecular mechanisms of heart and brain ischemic tolerance after hypoxic preconditioning. |
