| 摘 要： | 大学体育教育的主要目标之一就是培养自主学习者。而网络环境为现代体育自主学习提供了更有利、高效的平台。本文简要论述了自主学习概念，体育学习中的自主学习，网络环境下自主学习的四个步骤，并对网络环境下体育教学展开启示。

This paper illustrates the concepts of the autonomous learning, the autonomous learning in the web environment, the four steps of autonomous learning in the web environment,and their applications in the English teaching in the web environment. |
