| 摘 要： | 本文分析近三年重庆市高等教育特别是高职教育教学改革研究工作的变化趋势．科学认识高职教育教学改革研究的内涵及特点．以2009年市高等教育教学改革研究重大项目“广告设计与制作专业生产性实训基地与工学交替机制建设的研究与实践”为例，探讨以国家和市高职教育宏观政策和法规为指导，以教育教学规律为依据，针对高职教育教学领域中的某些重点、难点问题开展研究，确定有价值的选题。
