摘    要:采用社会群体理论 ,分析教师作为有组织的群体在当今社会文化转型中所受的影响 ;及通过分析影响群体的因素和机制 ,提出如何充分发挥教师群体动力机制 ,全面提高学校教育水平。

Abstract:This paper analyses how the teachers as the organized group are affected in the transition of the social culture today on the basis of the theory of social group and group dynamics. It puts forward some measures to give full play to the dynamical mechanism of teachers'group for the purpose of improving the overall educational level of schooling through the analysis of the factors affecting the group.
