| Abstract: | This paper analyses how the teachers as the organized group are affected in the transition of the social culture today on the basis of the theory of social group and group dynamics. It puts forward some measures to give full play to the dynamical mechanism of teachers'group for the purpose of improving the overall educational level of schooling through the analysis of the factors affecting the group. |
