西安高校30岁以下体育教师现状调查

采用访问调查，文献资料等方法，对地处西安的１７所高校的３０岁以下青年体育教师的情况进行了调查。发现这一群体存在着科研能力差，求知欲与学历层次较低的问题。同是，由于体育在高校的地位及受重视程度不够，导致一些人不安心工作。这一群体在未来的２１世纪，将是师资队伍的主力，对于现存的问题应引起主管部门的关注。

Survey of the Present conditions of Teachers of PE under 30 in the Institutes Higher Learning in Xi'an

Through visits,investigation and by means of consulting documents and references,the author made a survey of the present conditons of the teachers of PE under 30 in 17 institutes in Xi'an. The result shows that here exist with the group problems such as poor reseach ability, inadequate desire for knowledge ,as well as comparatively low academic credentials. Meanwhile, due to the fact that not enough emphasis has been given to PE in the institutes of higher learning,a certain number of young teachers do not keep their full mind at their posts. This group of teachers ,however, will be the main force in the coming 21st century. Therefore,due attention should be given to these existing problems by the relevant authorities.
