文华图专季刊与民众图书馆译介

19世纪以后,欧美国家开始出现民众图书馆运动思想。进入20世纪,欧洲、美洲、亚洲、非洲国家创建众多的民众图书馆,尤以美国、德国、法国、意大利、英国、日本等发达国家为代表。鉴于此,《文华图书馆学专科学校季刊》以一种学习者的姿态,翻译并刊载大量国外图书馆界的文章,意在借鉴欧美民众图书馆之先进技术和经验,推动国内民众图书馆事业转型与发展。

Boone Library School Quarterly and the Translation and Introduction of Civilians Library

After the nineteenth century,the idea of civilians library movement appeared in European and American countries. In twentieth century,numerous libraries were established in Europe,America,Asia and Africa,especially in the developed countries such as the United States,German,France,Italy,Britain and Japan. In light of that,based on a learner ’s attitude,Boone Library School Quarterly translated and published a large number of foreign library articles to learn the advanced technology and experience of European and American civilians library,and promote the transformation and development of domestic civilians library.
