| 摘 要： | 我国房地产业方面的某些法律法规及政策在当今时代背景下，已显得极不合理，故有必要加快改进步伐。房地产步入公正之途，必须打破土地交易的国家垄断，加大打击圈地行为的力度，平衡各种利益，并在一定范围内建立土地私有制。
