加强合并高校管理队伍建设的思考

多层镒、多院校合并而成的高校中，因人中同组成复杂多样，以及合并过程中的诸多主、客观因素的影响，管理队伍存在规模庞大、工作效率不高、总体素质参差不齐、结构不尽合理、人心不稳定、工作缺乏热情的情况。针对合并高校管理队伍的现状，客观认识高校管理工作的重要性，从思想认识、政策、机制、制度等多方面入手，积极寻求并采取相应的措施，切实加强管理队伍的建设，是合并高校实现改革预期目标不可忽视的重要任务之一。

Reflections on the Improvement of Administrative Staff in Merged Universities

In universities merged by colleges of different levels, there is always a byproduct that the administrative departments are overstaffed, inefficient and with staff members on various levels of quality and in lack of passion and sureness. Thus, to reach the expected targets of higher education reforms, we should realize the importance of administrative work and the urgency to strengthen the building of the administrative teams by adjusting their policies and systems.
