摘    要:本文讨论了广告翻译中经常出现语义失误的三种形式。语义失误与译者对语境的把握紧密相连,并受到译者的心理图式和语言的文化意象影响。广告翻译过程中,语义失误不可避免,但译者要尽可能地多研究源发语文本的的背景资料及两种文化差异,以减少语义失误。

Abstract:This essay discusses three kinds of fault meanings in ads translation. Fault meanings are connected with language environment, and at the same time are had an effect on translator' s knowledge structure and cultural images. Fault meanings are inevitable in ads translation. But translators can try their best to study reference baekground and cultural differences to cut down the fault meanings.
