教师印象管理:内涵、结构与策略

摘    要:教师印象管理是指在教育教学中,教师通过向学生投射某些信息来影响学生对自己态度与看法的一种行为.教师印象管理有助于教师及时反思与调控自己的教育教学行为,以达到社会角色的期望.教师印象管理主要包括内修炼与外整饰两个部分,教师可通过自我表现、自我教育、学生反馈效应以及消极印象修补等策略进行自身印象管理.

Abstract:Teacher's impression management is an action of teachers showing some information to influence students' attitudes and thinking in their teaching and educating.Teacher's impression management helps to self-reflection and regulating their teaching action and achieves social-role-expectation.It consists of inner-decorations and outer-ornaments.Teacher can practice it through self-presentation,self-education,students' feedback and negative impression remedies.
