| 摘 要： | 在高等教育全球化和高等教育大众化背景下,研究当代大学校长有着巨大的理论与现实意义。对该问题相关文献的整理有利于深入研究该问题。在整理相关文献的基础上,总结出当前我国大学校长研究的领域:大学校长角色研究、大学校长素质研究、大学校长治校方略和治校理念的研究、大学校长使命的研究、大学校长选拔的研究、大学校长培训的研究、大学校长与环境关系的研究等。并指出了目前研究的缺陷。

| Abstract: | Under globalization and popularization of higher education,it is necessary to study presidents in modern universities from both theoretical and practical viewpoints.In order to conduct a deep investigation into the issue,the author of this paper has classified related documents,and summarizes the topics of research documents written by modern presidents of Chinese universities,which include the roles,quality,university-development strategies and ideas,functions,appointment,training,relationship with environment of university presidents.Additionally,the paper provides a solution to improve current researches. |
