| 摘 要： | 我国《统计法》颁布执行已20多年,总结依法统计的实践经验,有利于推进依法治统进程。现针对劳动统计专业的特点,结合多年从事劳动统计工作的经历及体会,分析了劳动统计执法的范围、劳动统计执法的要害、劳动统计执法的方法等方面的问题,以待共同提高。

| Abstract: | The statistical law has executed for 20 years, concluding the practical experience of statistics with law is benefit for improving the process of statistics with law. Based on the characteristic of labor statistic, combined with much experience, this paper amalyzed the range of labor statistic enforcement, the key of labor statistic enforcement, the method of labor statistic enforement, and etc. |
