| 摘 要： | 判决与裁定的执行对坚持司法公正有重要意义，如果审判案件得不到有效的执行，就会损害法律的公正与尊严，也会损害公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益。本文就我国法院判决与裁定执行工作中出现和存在的问题进行了论述，并相应地提出了解决方法和措施以确保司法公正。
