本文以中国科学院生物地学领域在20世纪50、60年代成立的研究所、考察队与专业委员会为例,分析了中国科学院在推动自然资源综合考察的过程中,不同类型学术机构的建立原因和背景,以及他们的特点和功能;探讨了这些机构在实际工作中的不同作用及其互补关系。希望本项研究,能够反映出新中国初期科学研究与国家政治经济之间的关系。

The function of different scientific organizations and their complementary relations

Taking the CAS' institutes,survey teams and subject committee of biology and geo-science as the example in 1950s and 1960s,the paper studies the reasons and background of different scientific organizations' establishment and their function during the integrated surveys of natural resources.The paper also analyses the complementary relations between the different organizations.Through the research,the paper tries to study the relationship between the scientific research and social and economic environment.
