| 摘 要： | 文章选用1981—2007年福建省外商直接投资和进出口贸易的数据，通过平稳性和协整检验，并建立回归模型和误差修正模型分析外商直接投资对福建省进出口贸易的影响。研究表明，外商直接投资与福建省进出口贸易存在长期稳定的均衡关系，对改善福建省出口商品结构产生明显的作用，由此提出几点政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical study and measurement of the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the export & import trade in Fujian province,based on the annual statistics of FDI and export & import from 1981 to 2007.
