| 摘 要： | 近年来，三江源地区的生态环境严重退化，为了保证三江源地区的生态建设的长远效果，应尽快建立三江源地区横向生态补偿机制。本文分析了建立三江源横向生态补偿机制的紧迫性和制约因素，在此基础上提出建立三江源地区横向生态补偿机制的原则及相关的对策思路。
