| Abstract: | By means of a close combination of finance and high-tech,risk venture aims at developing quality at the seed and breading stages so as to achieve a high repayment by taking a high risk at the early stage of developing a product.With the advantages for this work, collehts and universities should make fully sue of their advantages so as to become familiar with the nature of risk investment and take part in actively the operation of risk investment. |
