从信息及“虚拟空间”哲学层面的意义上看,“虚拟空间”理论在目前全球金融领域具有潜在的影响。冷战以后,美国以其强大的经济和军事实力在全球范围内借助于经济全球化及所谓的“国际规则”所提供的舞台,操纵和诱导全球的金融资源,冲击他国金融市场,干涉他国经济秩序。有鉴于此,我国需制定相应的策略以应对目前面临的经济形势和美国的经济冲击。
