20例胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗

目的:探讨胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断和治疗.方法:对2003年1月～2008年8月诊治的20例胰腺囊性肿瘤进行治疗方法及效果回顾性分析.结果:本病临床表现无特征性.B超和CT捡查能发现囊肿但不能确定类型.胰腺肿块为囊性、囊实性或不规则分叶状.胰腺囊腺瘤12例均完整切除,术后无复发.胰腺囊腺癌8例,6例完整切除,3年生存率66%.结论: B超和CT是诊断胰腺囊性肿瘤的有效方法.手术切除是唯一的治疗方法.

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cystic Neoplasm of the Pancreas: a Report of 20 Cases

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of cystic neoplasm of the pancreas.Methos: The clinical data of 20 cases with cystic neoplasm of the pancreas from January 2003 to June 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Pancreatic cystic neoplasms have no specific clinical features. Utrasounograpby and CT can be used to discover tumor, but they can not be used for tumor differentiation. Cystic, cyst-solitary or irregular lobulation may be observed on image inspection. All the adenomas were successfully resected, while adenocarcinomas were resected in 6 out of 8 cases .Here was no recurrence after a complete resection of pancreatic cystadenoma. The post resection 3 years survival rate was 66% In pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma.Conclusions: Utrasenography and CT scan are helpful in the diagnosis of pancreatic cystic neoplasm. The resection of tumor was a best treatment for this disease.
