| Abstract: | The teaching staff shoulders the responsibility of teaching and educating students.They need not only the healthy bodies but also the healthy psychological quality.Gradually,teaching staff's psychological health is being paid great attention by social all circles.Through the analysis on the present situation of teaching staff's psychological health,this paper puts forward several efficient intervening countermeasures and suggestions. |
