| Abstract: | At present,the reform from test-aimed education to competence education is being extended throughout the country.But it is hard to under go it smoothly,because the real teaching practice is greatly influenced by the social and cultural psychology,educational regulatory regime and the social practice during this turning point.Only when we remove those restrictive factors,can we make the compentence education develop by leaps and bounds.
