| 摘 要： | 管理制度在高校制度文化中起着重要的作用。进行管理制度建设,需要加强对管理制度的领导;建立健全的管理制度体系;加强对校园规章制度的执行力度;提高干部、职工的素质;制定的管理规章制度要具有可操作性等。
