| Abstract: | Coming up with a proper identity and vision is significant and of vital importance for a newly established university. The goal and the scale must be clear and realistic, not extravagant and fashionable. It must give a clear direction to the university in terms of courses offered which are relevant and geared towards responding to and serving the needs of the local community in particular and the society in general. |
