译学研究与翻译教学的思考--论英汉语言文化比较与翻译的科目理据

翻译既是语言的翻译，更是化的翻译。但翻译中的化总是要通过语言的转换才能再现，因此，化对比必须基于语言对比之上。“英汉语言化比较与翻译”即“英汉翻译语言化对比研究”，是英汉语言对比研究与英汉化对比研究的合而为一，它既是英汉翻译研究的基本途径之一，也是英汉翻译方向硕士研究生的基础科目和培养方向之一。

On the Motivation of Contrastive Studies of Languages & Cultures of E/C Translation Studies

Whatever translation is in its entirety, it seems to involve semiotic, linguistic, textual, lexical, sociological, cultural and psychological aspects or elements, all of which are being studied nowadays as determining factors in whatever translation studies involved. Thus Contrastive Studies of Languages and Cultures which is the combination of linguistics & cultures of E/C Translation Studies, is not only one of the basic main academic disciplines but also one of the majors for the postgraduates of E/C translation studies.
