| 摘 要： | 健全的监督机制所产生的威慑力和制衡作用，以及它所拥有的校正功能和选择功能，都是企业家成长过程中所必需的积极因素。我国现阶段的监督机制还很不健全，建构好我国的企业监督机制，需要切实地转变观念，实事求是，并还监督权于群众和舆论机构。

| Abstract: | The deterrent force and restrictive effect produced by a sound supervision mechanism as well as its functions of correction and selection are necessary positive factors in the growth of entrepreneurs.Because our country's present supervision mechanism is not perfec,in setting up the enterprise supervision mechanism of our country ,we should change our ideas conscientiously,seek truth from facts,moreover,return the right of supervision to the masses and press circles. |
