| 摘 要： | 2000年12月6日,中华人民共和国档案行业标准《归档文件整理规则》正式颁布实施,《规则》以"简化整理、深化检索"为宗旨,对传统的文书立卷方法进行改革,提出了"文件级"整理方法,弥补了我国档案工作法规标准体系中归档文件整理工作方面的空白,是我国机关档案工作的一次重大改革。

| Abstract: | The file sorting standards of the People's Republic of China, Regulations of File Sorting and Arrangement, was promulgated and put into practice on Dec. 6, 2000. Regulations has as its goal "simplifying the arrangement and deepening the indexing", and puts forward the method of "file scale", which is an important reform on Chinese traditional file sorting problem. |
