| 摘 要： | 对于高职院校而言,其办学特点和发展需要在很大程度上决定了继续深化校企合作是其日后工作的重点,但当务之急是如何创新现行的校企合作机制,以期实现实际情况与后续发展的合理衔接,进而提高人才质量和社会服务水平。对此,本文阐述了高职院校深化校企合作机制创新的必要性,并结合校企合作障碍和国外成功经验,就体制机制创新途径进行了探讨,希望对改善现状有所启示。

| Abstract: | School-running characteristics and development of higher vocational institutes, to a large extent, determine focus its fu- ture work on deepening scholl-enterprise cooperation. It is imperative to innovate the existing mechanism of school-enterprize cooper- ation in order to realize reasonable cohesion between the actual situation and subsequent development, and to improve the quality of talents and social service level. This paper expounds the necessity and new ways of innovating system and mechanism of school-en- terprise cooperation for higher vocational institute based on analysis of obstacles and foreign successful experience in the hope of bringing enlightenment to improve the current situation. |
