小学教师专业特点及本科小学教师培养思路研究

摘    要:小学教师以其所从事的教育教学活动为其专业,专业情意的鲜明性、专业知识的综合性和专业能力的全面性构成了小学教师专业特点。本科小学教师培养思路必须建立在对小学教师专业特点充分研究的基础上。要确定“全面发展、学有专长、特色鲜明”的培养规格,构建“主干突出、横向拓展”的专业方向,形成体现专业方向的课程结构,发挥教育实践的平台作用。

Abstract:Specialized in their teaching activities,primary school teachers are characterized by their distinctive professional traits,their synthetic professional knowledge and their comprehensive professional competence.Ideas for training primary school teachers through undergraduate courses must be based on a full analysis of the professional features of primary school teachers so as to determine the training standard of "all-round development,speciliazed knowledge in one subject and distinctive professional features",to establish the professional orientation of "highlighting major subjects and developing crisscross",to constitute the curricular structure reflective of professional orientation and to bring into full play the function of teaching practice.
