| 摘 要： | 知识管理的目标是要建立企业知识管理的共享机制，本探讨了在网络计算的环境下的知识与知识共享应用，分析了知识共享的机制，构造了企业知识树模型，分析了知识共享的条件、困难和激励机制，激励的目的是为了更好的共享，通常，激励的方法包括知识薪点工资制度（按知识的灰度不同设置薪点，灰度越高薪点越高）和其他的常用的激励制度。

| Abstract: | The goal of enterprise knowledge management is to establish the shared knowledge system. This paper discusses the application of knowledge and shared knowledge based on network computing. The system of shared knowledge is analyzed. The enterprise knowledge diagram model of shared knowledge is given. The condition, the difficulty and the system of encouraging shared knowledge are analyzed. Generallg, the way of encouraging is based on knowledge gray dimension. |
