对福建省水上项目退役运动员就业现状的调查

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、对比分析法以及问卷调查法对福建省水上项目退役运动员就业安置工作情况进行了调查分析。研究表明:水上项目退役运动员安置渠道较为畅通,但是安置面较为狭窄,渠道较为单一;退役运动员虽然继续教育程度较高,但是仍然无法从事要求高学历高文凭的职业;退役运动员进行职业技能培训的比例较大,职业技能培训成为其今后就业的主要手段。在役运动员还未完全转变就业观念,过分依赖政策性安置手段;在役期间进行职业技能培训相对较少,大多数在役运动员对退役后的就业表现出失落、茫然,对退役后的职业转换没有做好充分的心理准备。退役运动员应充分利用在役期间和职业转换过渡期内进行职业技能培训和社会实践等培训,领会掌握一技之长对于在今后就业中所起到的作用。同时,通过"体教结合"解决水上项目退役运动员在役期间的文化素质教育,鼓励自主创业,加大创业扶持基金,完善相关政策,提高运动员创业的信心。

A Current Situation Investigation on Retired Athlete of Aquatic Sports in Fujian Province

The author has analyzed the employment by means of a set of scientific methods including literature consultation,questionnaire,expert consultation,comparative and separate analysis.The job placement of retired athletes is stricture and job channel is singleness,although acquired bachelor diploma,the retired athletes engage in some job that the request is very high like teacher and so on.Service athletes have not transformed the employment idea completely and rely on the policy-type placement method excessively.Service athletes take limit time in the vocational skill training.The optimal method to resolve the job placement not only enlarges the auxiliary policy support,but also rises on skill training education,encourages the Through the undertaking fund’s support and athletes to start employment,expands the job placement channel positively and establish the professional profession plan consciousness.
