The Study on Construction of Librarians Network Community

Being a learning network community,Librarians Network Community,which based on interpersonal relationships,is an organization for discussion,interaction and communication on the internet by different librarians.The construction of Librarians Network Community is a new stage for librarians’ commutation.As the librarians’ exchange and cooperation developing more rapidly these years,study becomes deeper.Using internet in libraries makes the service provided by libraries diversification and convenience,meanwhile,network community becomes an important form for librarians’ exchanging and learning.
