由结构性失业引发的对农村职业教育定位的思考

随着科学技术的飞速发展、经济结构的调整、产业结构的升级，我国农村劳动力的职业技能不能满足岗位需求，结构性失业问题已日益明显，并且有不断加剧的趋势。因此，农村职业教育的服务功能也应发生相应改变，应以农村、农业、农民及市场的需求为出发点，以和谐社会的建设为归宿点，对农村职业教育进行重新定位。
