| 摘 要： | 20世纪以来,大都市区治理机制选择一直是美国公共政策的关键主题,学界围绕巨人政府论、多中心治理和新区域主义等治理机制展开了激烈的争论。但是,在治理实践中,任何治理机制都不是全能的。因此,大都市区的治理机制应该是多元化的,而具体的治理机制应该遵循交易费用经济学所主张的“区别性组合”逻辑来选择。这些争论对当代中国区域治理具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Regional governance in metropolitan areas has been a key public policy topic since the 20~(th) century.Some scholars make a heated argument about the theory of gigantic government,the polycentric governance and the new regionalism.However,governance mechanisms are not omnipotent.Therefore,the governance mechanisms should be diverse in metropolitan areas.All kinds of governance mechanisms should be comprehensively applied and respectively chosen under different circumstance.It is beneficial to govern regional problems in China. |
