| 摘 要： | 目前 ,人才短缺已成为制约我国经济腾飞的一大瓶颈因素。基于这一认识 ,本文就人才短缺的成因做出了分析 ,并就目前我国在资金、经济、教育诸多方面处于劣势的情况下 ,如何尽快解决人才短缺问题提出了自己的见解。
