| 摘 要： | 开放与共享是广播电视大学必须秉持的核心教育理念,积极推进教学资源的区域共建共享是打造广播电视大学核心竞争力的必然要求。西部地区电大对教学资源区域共建共享的积极探索已经在实践中取得了阶段性成果,但也存在着可持续发展障碍,这就要求我们创新性的从制度、资源和技术这三个发展的核心要素着手对区域共建共享进行精神重构。
