| 摘 要： | 对外贸易中存在许多法律风险，外贸公司进行法律风险控制主要应从对贸易伙伴的前期资信调查、严格审查外贸合同条款及控制外贸业务流程等方面着手，同时要处理好与货代公司的代理关系，审慎应对与贸易伙伴之间的法律纠纷。

| Abstract: | There may exist many law hazards in foreign trade.The paper presents some tactics in combating such law hazards,that is,to investigate the assets and credit condition of earlier stage on trade partner's part,to examine strictly the articles of contracts,to supervise operation process.Meanwhile,keeping a good relationship with transport companies and cautiously dealing with law issues should not be neglected. |
