我国健美女性体型标准研究

对于女性体型来说,在其先天获得性的基础上,后天形成的不同部位体围指数对健美体型的影响是极其重要的.为给渴望获得健美体型的女性在训练时提供既实用,又操作方便,且符合审美体型特征的参照,通过对1999全国健美锦标赛女子各级别前15名运动员的体型进行测量和数据统计,经与国内常用女性体型指数作比较,并运用黄金分割法对不同部位指数进行验证后,获得了"我国健美女性理想体型标准".

Study on Figure Standard of Chinese Female Bodybuilding Athletes

The acquired index of different parts of the body has an important effect on the female figure. In order to offer a practical and convenient reference to the females who are eager for a bodybuilding figure, the paper makes a measurement and statistical analysis of the figures of the first 15 female athletes who competed in different weight groups in the 1999 National Bodybuilding Competition and compares the results with the index which is used most often to evaluate Chinese women's figure. After testing the index of different parts of the body with Golden Section, the paper obtains the ideal figure standard of female Chinese bodybuilding athletes.
