国内外网络视频课程资源建设现状研究

在开放存取(Open Access,OA)理念的指导下,教育日趋开放化、共享化、国际化。以MIT于2001年发起的开放课程运动为首,当前国内外已呈现网络课程资源共享趋势。文章针对当前国内外网络视频课程建设现状进行了网络调查研究,进而分析了影响网络视频课程建设的三个关键性因素:形成机制、知识产权、资金来源,并从三大关键性因素出发对网络视频课程资源的组织管理提出了优化建议:提高视频课程质量,促进优质资源建设;平衡知识产权和共享机制;提高社会参与度,共建网络视频课程资源。

A Research on Construction Status of Domestic and Foreign Network Video Course Resources

Under the guidance of the idea of the open access,education is becoming increasingly open,sharing and international.MIT Open Courseware movement beginning from 2001 leads to online courses sharing at home and abroad.This paper investigates the researching construction status of domestic and foreign network video course resources,analyzes the three key factors which affect the construction of network video courses: formation mechanism,intellectual property rights,funding sources.Suggestions are given to organize and manage the resources more effectively: improve the quality of video courses and promote the construction of high-quality resources;keep the balance between intellectual property rights and sharing mechanism;improve social participation and build network video course resources together.
