| 摘 要： | 文章尝试在学界对档案与权力宏观关系相关研究成果的基础上,探讨档案在国家权力与社会权力发生中的微观作用,以期深化相关领域的认识。自上而下的国家权力的发生,无论具体形式是"操纵"还是"强化合法权威",都是通过档案实体及档案制度来实现的。而自下而上的社会权力的发生,由于权力主体缺乏规则制定及执行的强制力,则主要利用档案实体来表达自身的权力诉求。

On the Microscopic Role of Archives in the Occurrence of the State and Social rights |

| Abstract: | Based on previous research on the relationships between archives and power,the paper try to research the micro-functions of archives in the operations of state power and social power,wishing to deepening the cognition.Whatever the concrete form is control or legitimate authority,the top-down state power utilize archives as well as archives institution to operate.Because the power noumenons lacks compelling force to enact and carry out the rules,the down-top social powers express their appeals by using archival entity. |
