摘    要:[目的]调查大连市特色水果品种甜樱桃“红灯”的田间植株携带PNRSV的情况.[方法]利用作者已建立的PNRSV RT-PCR检测体系.[结果]被检植株PNRSV的感染率达100%,但程度不同.[结论]对于其中感染PNRSV较轻的植株可以作为今后培育无PNRSV苗木的原材料.

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate whether the sweet cherry varity " gDeng" in hard was infected by PNRSV or not. [Methods] The RT-PCR detection system published for PNRSV was used. [Results] All the trees detected were infected by PNRSV,but the infected degree was different. [Conclusion] The trees which were not infected seriously will be chosen as the primary materials to culture the young plants with PNRSV-free.
