| 摘 要： | 为有效预防年承人因先天性心血管异常引起的运动性猝死，本文通过文献资料研究法对其中较为常见的肥厚性阻塞型心肌病、马凡氏综合症、冠状动脉先天畸形、Ｗ－Ｐ－Ｗ综合症及特发性长Ｑ－Ｔ综合症的病因、病理、临床征象以诊断等问题进行阐述，并从预防的角度对上述患者的运动问题提出建议。
