| 摘 要： | 目前国内各省市发展电子政务首先要面对和解决的问题是如何利用有限的资金来实现效益(包括社会效益、经济效益等)的最大化。本文引入了层次分析法对吉林省基于效益的电子政务优先级问题进行研究，希望能对政府的决策有所帮助。

| Abstract: | At present, the problem that every province and city in our country which will develop the e-government must face and resolve firstly is how to realize the benefit mostly by using the limited fund. This thesis uses Ana1ytic Hierarchy Process to study the priority of e-government of Jilin province based on the benefit and the authors hope that it can be useful to the decision of our government. |
