福建省中小企业融资担保业发展问题初探

本文从福建省福安市的恒实担保有限公司的实例入手,说明担保公司是民营企业融资的重要渠道,同时从社会担保机构不能满足企业对贷款融资的担保需求展开分析,从中揭示导致中小民营企业融资担保困难的障碍因素,并由此提出对策建议。

On the Developmental Problems of the Financing Guaranty Industry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Fujian Province

Proceeding with the example of Fujian Fu-an Heng Shi Guaranty Limited Company,this paper points out that the guaranty company is an important financing channel for enterprises run by the local people.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of the fact that the Social guaranty organizations cannot meet the financing guarantee demand of the enterprises,this paper explains the causes that lead to the financing guarantee diffculty of the small and medium-sized private enterprises,and puts forwards counte measures accordingly.
