纳米氮化硅粒子的光学性质研究

摘    要:用碳热还原氮化法制备了Si3N4粉体,通过对纳米氮化硅粒子的TEM的研究,发现随着温度的变化,纳米氮化硅颗粒表面粒子粒径不同.而对纳米氮化硅进行了红外吸收光谱的测量,观察到了频移和吸收带的宽化,说明纳米结构红外吸收谱具有蓝移和宽化现象.

Abstract:The TEM shows that the Si3N4 nanoparticles,which were prepared under carbon reduction,have a different diameter.While under different temperature.The infrared absorption spectra of Si3N4 nanoparticles measured that those have frequency shift and absorption's Widezation.The result proved that the infrared absorption spectroscopy of nanoparticles were blue shift and Widezation.
