主体性教育实习模式的建构

摘    要:在以往的教育实习中,由于过分追求即时的实习效果,完全按照统一的模式要求学生,使学生处于被动地位,在秩序井然的背后,实际效果甚微。主体性教育实习模式,以主体性教育理论为指导,将实习生主体性的生成作为目标指向,把教育实践课程统合起来,构建出循序渐进的教育实习运行程序;由学生角色向教师角色的调过滤阶段-教育见习;初步形成教师职业能力的阶段-模拟教育实习;全方位地独立承担起教师工作的集中实习阶段-顶岗集中实习。

Abstract:Due to over-emphasizing on the spot practice effect in the past education practice,students were always taught according to unified models and perfect order causing the students in a passive position, so the actual effect cannot meet its desired purpose. However, perceiver oriented practice education model guided by perceiver oriented education theories has students reverted into the aim oriented ones and integrate education practice courses into a step by step education practice working procedure,which is the transmitting phase from students to teachers-practice education on probation; the initially forming phase of teachers' professional ability-stimulated practice education; the concentrating phase of omnibearing independent working teachers-concentration practice at post.
