| 摘 要： | 现代教师正确的人生价值取向是教育成功的一个重要保证，也是作为一名合格的现代教师的基本素质。作为一名教师应努力去追求正确的人生价值取向，以达到自身的自我实现，使教师形象无愧于“人师”的称号。

| Abstract: | The correct inclination of school teachers' life values is important to guarantee their success.Also,it is an indicator to show that one is an eligible teacher.To be a qualified teacher,one should work hard to pursue the correct inclination of intellectual life values so to finally achieve his self-fulfillment,and make teachers' image according with the name of human's teacher.What one actually does should be balanced with what one's dear title teacher bears. |
