| 摘 要： | 《管子》一书蕴藏着极为丰富的治国理论和管理思想，对于现代管理仍有指导和借鉴意义，不仅《管子》可视为世界上最早的一部国家管理学作，先秦诸子的管理思想都有同样的作用。本对《管子》一书的宇宙观、世界观、国家观、道的理念和管理理论模型作了系统、深入的概括和总结。
