顺层钻孔风力排渣研究

摘    要:基于两相流的有关原理对顺层长钻孔打钻工艺的有关理论问题进行的论理研究,导出了计算排渣最小风速和整个排渣过程压力损失的计算公式;分析了钻孔直径、钻杆直径、钻进速度、钻杆内孔直径和瓦斯突出危险性程度等因素对最小风速和压力损失的影响;根据这些结论可以进行打钻参数设计。

Abstract:Based on the principle of two-phase currents,this paper discusses some theoretical issues of the long-drilling borehole in the bedding,and gives calculation formula of minimum wind speed of the slag discharge and pressure loss during the whole process of the slag discharge,and puts forward that the hole diameter,drilling-diameter,the speed of drilling,drill pipe within the hole diameter and gas outburst have a certain effect on the level of the minimum wind speed and pressure loss.According to these boring design parameters can be calculated.
